  • Call Aadhaar Card toll free number 1800-300-1947.




  • Since the line might be too busy to receive the calls made by the caller then resorting to email might solve the problem.




  • For those who remember the Aadhaar number the letter will be dispatched by UIDAI to their mail or by post to their home address.




  • Callers that have registered their mobile number during enrollment can retrieve the Aadhaar number through SMS as well.




  • Enrolling register maintained by the original Registrar will contain the Aadhaar number and name of the holder.




  • If the card holder knows the name of the Registrar and the date of enrollment, by providing the demographic information like date of birth, contact number, and address, the Aadhaar Card can be searched for.




  • It the email and contact number is existent with UIDAI, they will send the Aadhaar number to the mailbox of the recipient.


  • But when any of the above steps won’t work, the best way is downloading e-Aadhaar letter from the UIDAI website. To facilitate obtaining and use of the Aadhaar card by the users, the UIDAI has kept the entire process simple that can be easily handled by non-technical people. The only requirement is matching of some information that was provided at the time of enrollment.
